(1) .When you found the newly installed sand -filter flow very small. The quartz sand is too dirty; the pipes are blocked.And you can check the valve or Backwash for 10 minutes, or longer time
(2) .When you found these faults :
Control valve in inner shaft leakage;Leakage between the lid and the main control valve; Sand control valve leaking cylinder connection ;Sand drainage discharge valve leaking; Inlet,outlet,sewage outfall leaking. That maybe the seal ring installation is bad or damaged. So that you cab adjust or replace the sealing ring.
(3) .When the rinse flow is small,maybe due to the Quartz sand harden. So you can Clean or replace quartz sand.
(4) . If there are quartz sand accumulation at the swimming pool outlet.That maybe the damage of slit filter tubes or sealing ring .Just replace them
(5) .When you find water coming out of the drain outlet after installing a new sand filter.That maybe quartz sand is too full then stay on the the seal surface during at backwash. You can backwash for 10 minutes or longer time.
(6) .If the water is still at poor quality after backwash,they maybe because of the incomplete backwashing,water distributor damage. Or the quartz sand need to be replaced.
