This is our Steel swimming pool project for our Dubai customers.The Pool size is :25m x15m x1.2m.
Made of the steel material, Its strength—that of the steel reinforcement—is far greater than that of the concrete.The steel plates are manufactured off-site and assembled on-site.Secondly, for standard-sized pools, the main structural framework can typically be installed within just 3 to 7 days.Furthermore, the process is not constrained by weather conditions: aside from rainy days, construction can essentially proceed year-round—unlike concrete, which requires specific temperatures and humidity levels for proper curing.Most importantly, no curing period is required: the subsequent construction phase can commence immediately upon the completion of the installation, thereby significantly shortening the overall project timeline.
However, traditional concrete pools require formwork installation, steel reinforcement tying, pouring, curing, waterproofing, and tiling; the entire process often takes 2 to 3 months and is highly susceptible to weather conditions.
That is why the steel-structure swimming pools have gained immense popularity in private villa pools, guesthouses, hotels, and overseas markets.
